- GDA Trainer General Duty Assistant Location Samastipur Openings 2 Trainers Role Overview We are seeking motivated and skilled GDA Trainers to provide training in healthcare and patient care assistance The trainer will play a key role in building students theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for employment in the healthcare sector Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical sessions for GDA students Train students in basic nursing patient care and hospital procedures Monitor evaluate and mentor students to achieve training outcomes Maintain attendance assessments and student records Support placement and mobilization initiatives when required Eligibility GNM with minimum 3 years of experience OR B Sc Nursing with 1 year of experience Preferred TOT Training of Trainers Certified Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
