**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate with different departments and provide administrative support as needed.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, letters, and memos as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or front office role.
- Good command over English and local language (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
