We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Tele-Callers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for under-graduates & freshers residing in Delhi who are eager to kick-start their career in a professional setting. As a Tele-Caller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote online education courses
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions and information.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Attend two days of in-office training and meetings per week.

**Requirements**:

- Residing in Delhi, India.
- Freshers & Undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Computer/Laptop with internet connection for remote work.

**Education**:

- Undergraduates with good communication skills
