**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the dining room operations, leading and guiding the service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
- Provide insights on daily specials, offer menu recommendations, and address guest inquiries.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless flow of orders and impeccable presentation of dishes.
- Assign and manage table sections, optimizing service efficiency while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, large parties, and special events with poise and attention to detail.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the service staff, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for swift resolutions.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain service standards and policies.
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance, setting an example for the service team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and menu offerings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a cool demeanor under pressure.
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the restaurant demands.
