Job Location:

- Chandigarh, Mohali, Hyderabad

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Delivering the best service experience by reaching on time, being transparent with customers & following the SOP & policies of the company
- Installing/Servicing/Repairing Aqua guard Water Purifiers, Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaners and Air Purifiers.
- Maintaining 6 Calls Per Day Productivity.
- Attend Customer Service Request [Complaint] [minimum 85% to be completed by same day] as per customer.
- Provide Mandatory service as per the SOP.
- Upselling and cross selling of products and attachments
- Documentation of all activities on field as per company process / in mobile app. or in History card as the case applicable
- Expected to charge customers as per the MRP applicable in the Mobile Application and ensure the payment collected from customers are submitted to office same day
- Issue payment receipt where payment is received from customers
- Renew Annual Maintenance Contract from In Warranty & In Contract customer

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
