Field Sales Representative

1. Responsible for attending collection center meeting on time.

2. Responsible for updating minutes book in collection center meeting and making receipts online as well as physical receipts.

3. After making online receipts should write down receipt number in the physical receipt copy and should paste in provision which has been given in minutes book. Should take photos wherever necessary.

4. Once collection is done for the day should hand over the cash to Branch Manager and should get acknowledgement challan.

5. Should do field verification for groups which has been allocated to him and should either approve or reject clients.

6. Present at time of Disbursement for the field verified group.

7. Make Disbursement along with BM and finishing loan documents and submitting them to Branch Manager.

8. Should assist collections during time of emergency problem occurs in other collection officer groups.

9. Should complete minimum target which has been given.
