2) Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the
preparation of all financial reporting.
3) Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure
4) Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor all compliance with laws and
regulations.
5) Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
6) Preparing & presenting MIS report.
7) Handling all Statutory and Tax Audit with no qualification on report.
8) Report financial results to the board of directors.
9) Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance
cash positions.
10) Handling team of 5-6 accounts professional, guiding & mentoring them on day to day
operations.
11) Ability to handle cross functional working & dealing with various departments on financial
issues.
Qualification: CA/CA-Inter/MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years of experience and 3 years in
leadership/strategic role.
