Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop **new B2B business opportunities** in the FMCG and industrial fragrance sector.
- Build and maintain **long-term client relationships** to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to support business growth.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote products effectively to potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for **timely delivery, service, and payment collections**.
- Achieve **sales targets** and actively contribute to **regional business expansion**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in **B2B sales/marketing** within FMCG or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and the regional language** of the posting location.
- Demonstrated **stability in past work experiences**.
- Willingness to **travel across regions** for client meetings and business development.
