**Job Title**: Telecaller - Insurance / Travel industry

**Location**:Kochi

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or generated lists.
Introduce insurance products, explain features, and assess client needs.

**Lead Qualification**:Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify potential clients interested in insurance services.
Gather and record relevant information during the call.

**Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified leads.
Ensure that appointments are accurately entered into the system.

**Follow-up Calls**:Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.

**Data Entry**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure data integrity and completeness.

**Script Adherence**:Adhere to scripts or call guidelines provided by the company.
Customize scripts as necessary to suit different client profiles.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build rapport with potential clients and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Handle objections and provide additional information as needed.

**Performance Metrics**:Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment setting targets.
Provide regular updates on call performance and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Persuasive and persistent with good objection-handling skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,246.00 per month
