**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

3 - 5 years experience setting up and operating multiple gun in powder coating booths.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set-up and operate the powder coating booth, spray washer, and tool cleaner system.
- Assist in troubleshooting problems within the system.
- Work in conjunction with engineering to conduct test runs on new products
- Read and follow all process/specification sheets, work instructions, and procedures.
- Record thickness readings and record data points.
- Work with engineers on research and development projects.
- Check adherence of products as defined in the process sheet, specifications, and work instructions.
- Adjust the system to ensure consistent quality of the product according to the customer's requirements.
- Develop and write process sheets for coating all new products.
- Perform operator driven preventative maintenance on guns, pumps, booths, spray washer, tool cleaner, furnace, and dryer.
- Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
