As a Placement Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the successful placement of students into internships, co-op programs, and full-time employment opportunities.

**Student Guidance**:

- Assist students in identifying their career goals, strengths, and areas for development.
- Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking to enhance students' employability.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students on job search strategies and market trends.
- **Networking and Recruitment Events**:

- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives to connect students with potential employers.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to host on-campus or virtual recruitment activities.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student placements, including tracking outcomes and success stories.
- Generate reports on placement statistics and trends to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- **Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from both students and employers to improve the placement program.
- Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and changes in professional development requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,205.77 - ₹35,780.12 per month
