**Job Title: Electrical Purchase Trainee**

**Location**: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Qualification**: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Freshers preferred)

**Profile Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and fulfilling the organization’s electrical procurement needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and electrical components used in elevator manufacturing.
- Handle **end-to-end procurement** activities including RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase order creation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
- Analyze inventory trends to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with stores and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Manage invoices and payment processes in coordination with the finance department.
- Support vendor negotiations and maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- **Strong negotiation** and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of electrical components and raw material sourcing
- Knowledge of **Indian taxation laws** (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure situations and deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Familiarity with **SAP** or other ERP systems is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities
- **Fresh graduates (B.E. Electrical)** with strong academic background and interest in procurement
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment
