We are looking for Café Tenders, who would be managing this chain of Café under the directions/ supervision of trained dietician.
No. of Vacancy
- 75 to 100
Requirement& Skill Set:
- Passed courses in Hotel Management or relevant field.
- Prior experience/ Internship at Café Houses such as CCD, Barista, Starbuck Mc Donald etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- speaking and writing, with the ability to manage the customers.
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking ability to manage billing, food preparation, customer service, shelf cleaning etc.
- Proactiveness with an ability to handle uncertain/ tough situation/ customers with calmness
- After selection, there will be one week of extensive classroom & on-the-job training. After that placement will be done at respective locations.
Roles &Responsibilities:
- Managing Day to day operations of the café.
- Assessing customer's needs and preferences and making order recommendations, interact with customers, take orders and serve
- Preparing food & beverages as per predefined recipes for customers
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations & ensure uniform quality of food
- Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent customer experience.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Coordinate with cloud kitchen for re-stocking and replenishing cafe inventory and supplies in consultation with Dietician on daily basis.
- Quality check of all food items prepared during the day & keep a track of their nutritional value
- Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy
- Support Dietician in preparing daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports to be presented to management
- Billing, accepting payment from customers through cash/ online etc.modes, keeping a record of all collection and submit daily report to superior
- Handover of cash/ kitchen/ supplies/ ordering etc. to the person taking over the shift.

Salary Range
- INR (for fresher)14,000 - 18,000 p.m+ Handsome Incentives
INR (for experienced) 20,000 - 25,000 p.m + Handsome Incentives

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
