**Shift Timings**: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST (U.S. Shift)

**Overview**:
**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record client interactions in the CRM system.- Coordinate with insurance providers on client referrals and onboarding processes.- Partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth client onboarding.- Promptly respond to clinical team on client related queries, ensure SLAs are met- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports.- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to manage client leads effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and questions.
- Support the insurance and billing team by providing client-related clarifications.
- Any graduate with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance plans.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.

**Salary & Benefits**:
