**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into final visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine designs.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color palettes, and layout standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Suite), etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and graphic projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Webflow is a bonus.
