We are a dynamic and growing IT company specializing in web development, digital branding, and eCommerce solutions. We’re looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX & Graphic Designer** to join our team and contribute to designing exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients to transform ideas into beautiful and functional designs.
- Design social media creatives, branding assets, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistency in style, fonts, and visual themes across all projects.
- Conduct user research and implement feedback to refine user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX and/or graphic designer.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
