**Job Description: UX/ Visual Designer**
**Education & Training**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Psychology or a related field.
- Advanced degree in design, HCI, or related field a plus.

**Experience**:

- 6+ years’ experience as production/ visual / UX designer, preferably within an agency environment.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design skills and innovative interactive and branding work.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Familiarity with driver distraction guidelines a plus.

**Skills**:

- High proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
- Ability to create POC (Click prototypes), Animation videos, storyboards to explain design concepts.
- Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects.
- Creativity and passion for design and the digital evolution of automobiles (good to have)
- Familiarity with user centered design principles, and usability theories, best practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent English language communication (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of Android / iOS guidelines.
- Creative representation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Responsive web design.

- Visual Design for mobile Apps / Integrated features
- Conceptualization, ideation, persona creation and wire framing
- Digital Prototyping
- Infographics
- Creating Assets and Style-guides that adhere to Brand guidelines and design standards
- Narrative Storytelling
- Working with UX Strategists and Interaction designers to convert concepts to POC’s Creating Innovative design proposals / design pitch
