As our UX Designer you’ll be responsible for overseeing the user experience design of our suite of digital products and services - from online brand protection platforms to keep the Internet safe of counterfeit products, to anti-piracy solutions that protect content for the world’s leading studios, sports leagues and rights holders, to anti-fraud platforms that detect phishing attacks before consumers are hit.

You’ll be accountable for end-to-end Design - from customer research to prototyping to creating & maintaining a design system to delivering components/assets to our front-end developers.
You’ll be a key part of the Product Management team - ensuring that UX elements of all our digital products and services are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and increased user satisfaction.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Define and execute strategic design initiatives that support company goals for our global Product team across our digital products.
- Collaborate with Development teams, Product Owners, Analysts & Sales to define and maintain a consistent Design System, UX processes/standards & style guide across all our Digital Products/Services
- Address complex business and user needs by creating, presenting, and documenting high quality UX design solutions, visual design documentation, flows, functions, features, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and visual design for components/assets
- Support rapid prototyping through fast translation of new product/service concepts into customer-facing wireframes
- Lead cross-functional, collaborative design thinking workshops to drive human-centred creative problem solving
- Devise and maintain processes to continually understand internal and external customer segmentations, our competition & the market
- You’ll be working across a suite of digital products and services with teams across various time zones - so you’ll need to be a self-starter able to demonstrate excellent time-management & prioritisation skills

**Education & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience
- **5+ years UX design experience** for digital products or services
- Excellent communication & remote working skills
- An online portfolio of professional UX work for digital products/services
- Robust knowledge of planning/conducting user research, user-centred design, user testing, A/B + MVT testing, wireframing & prototyping
- Solid knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Figma, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or alternatives as appropriate
