- Enable Teams Voice accounts for new and existing users with Teams admin console and Powershell Scripts Modify Teams Voice user accounts and features for existing users with Teams admin console and Powershell Scripts Create and modify auto attendant menus in Teams admin console Create and modify call queues in teams admin console Delete Teams user accounts and their associated charging In service now
- Perform Site enablement for new sites adding Teams Phone Mass enable users with existing scripts Provide planning with technical resources with site contacts Daily Support for Caesar eFax Add and Delete User Accounts Maintain the software and Patch level for Caesar Windows server Troubleshoot incidents received for Caesar and Fax accounts Contact vendor for support if necessary
- Troubleshoot MS Teams phone system Assist in troubleshooting Teams voice user issues reported via Service Now Open Microsoft tickets if necessary for reported and discovered issues Implementation of new functionalities in MS Teams Assist in testing of new Teams and Office 365 features before deployment to generals users Support of Local Mitel MX1 Phone systems In Bad Homburg Add Users through Service Now Automation and BASH scripts Delete Users and Associated Service Now billing Troubleshoot system issues Contact Vendor support if necessary Backup support of Local Mitel Formerly ShoreTel Phone systems
- In US Provide basic troubleshooting for US Mitel System Basic add and change programming through web GUI Add and modify Mitel Connect User software Manage Audiocodes SBC Maintain Dial plan for new and existing trunks Program and modify Audiocodes SBC as necessary for Teams integration Automation of Daily tasks Create and update Powershell scripts for Teams tasks
- Create and update Powershell scripts for Service Now Automation German nice to have English language
- Must be business fluent Process incidents in Service Now Self assign and complete incidents in service now related to above descriptions
- Escalate incidents as needed Re assign incidents to other groups as necessary
