Who are we looking for?

Financial Controller

Based in: New Delhi

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Finance/FPA - Budgeting, forecasting, competition benchmarking, variance analysis, dashboard preparation.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlights trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance
- Partner on growth initiatives while creating a robust and transparent finance ecosystem.
- Drive automation campaigns/initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment by creating the right systems and controls.
- Commercial/Entrepreneurial bent of mind.
- Ability to ensure strong financial discipline.

**Experience**

Minimum 10 years post qualification experience as MBA Finance or CA.

**Preferred Industries/Sectors**

Some exposure to working in a PE-funded start-up would be preferable.
