**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commercial Negotiations**: Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and partners to ensure agreements align with company goals and optimize value.
- **Processes & Internal Controls**: Implement financial controls and internal policies to safeguard assets (inventory, fixed assets, etc.).
- **Collections**: Reconcile all sale collections regularly, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory processes at the store level, maintain inventory levels within defined norms, and collaborate with category & store teams.
- **Vendor Management**: Lead the accounts payable team to ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- **Working Capital Optimization**: Manage cash flow efficiently by controlling inventory and negotiating favorable credit terms with vendors.
- **Taxation Compliance**: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all tax-related matters in coordination with tax consultants (including GST and others).
- **SAP Finance Coordinator**: Serve as the FI (Financial Integration) expert, coordinate with the SAP team on developments, conduct UATs, and ensure smooth system updates.
- A**udit Coordination**: Be the SPOC for all audit-related processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- **New Store Openings**: Coordinate finance-related requirements for new store launches such as EDC setup, cash pickup arrangements, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-8 years in financial management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses
- S**kills**:

- Expertise in SAP (FI module)
- Strong knowledge of GST and taxation
- Solid understanding of working capital and inventory control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and high level of integrity

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 per year
