**Job Title**: Solar Panel Installation Technician (On-site)**Location**: Various on-site locations (Madhya Pradesh ya specified project location)**Job Type**: Full-time / Contract-based (Project-wise)**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year (freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
We are hiring Solar Panel Installation Technicians for small-scale solar projects ranging from **3kW to 100kW**. This is an **on-site field job** involving travel to different customer locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Solar panel mounting, wiring, and complete installation
- Structure assembly and alignment
- Inverter installation and connection
- Electrical wiring and safety checks
- Testing and commissioning of the system
- Maintenance and support during AMC if required

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
