Job Title: Sweet Line Cashier

Location: Ghumar Mandi

Job Overview

As a Sweet Line Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, providing customers with an inviting and efficient checkout experience. Your primary role is to process transactions accurately while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and create a friendly shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist customers with questions, provide product information, and resolve concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
