**Job Title**: Store Executive

**Location**: Ghumar Mandi Civil Line

**Reports To**: Unit Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Store Executive at Sweet Line plays a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that customers receive top-quality service and that store activities run smoothly. This position requires excellent customer service skills, organizational ability, and effective collaboration with the store team to meet sales and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support the store manager in implementing and monitoring sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to restock as needed.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and support the cashiering process as needed.
- Assist with staff training and mentoring to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
- Maintain store records, including sales reports and customer feedback.
- Uphold store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
