**Roles & Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Draft contracts/ Agreements and Identified key risk areas and also perform general office duties such as filing, organizing and maintaining records.
- Draft various court documents, invoices, and enclosures.
- Perform legal research as needed, for providing legal support to senior members in project coordination and execution.
- Assist in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality agreement
- Organize legal memoranda and client correspondence.
- Research documents and publications for details that would establish evidence.
- Proof read/ Vet documents and submit them for review.
- Produce retainer agreements, contract letters, and various publications and handouts.
- Perform client intake and client interviews.
- Prepare motions and interrogatories.
- Observe and participate in client meetings, trials, mediations, and outreach.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interaction with in the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,400.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
