Site Supervisor

Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

Position Type: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring timely completion of project phases.
- Monitor and track the activities of workers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols for all personnel, including subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of workers' attendance, time, and payroll information.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings to promote a secure work environment.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment, work areas, and methods to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any project-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

*Skills*
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry (3-4 years).
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

**Remuneration**:

- Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 INR (Negotiable based on experience)
- Other benefits and incentives as per company policy.
