**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and resource availability. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Plant Processes include Heat Treatment, Welding, Turning, milling, VTL, Double column, Special processes etc.**:

- **Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.**:

- **Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of machinery, labor, and materials to meet production targets while minimizing downtime and costs.**:

- **Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times. Implement best practices in production planning and control.**:

- **Reporting: Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights on performance metrics and recommending improvements.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.**:

- **Experience in production planning and control within a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment.**:

- **Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).**:
