**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage **B2B sales** for electronic appliances across Bihar.
- Identify and acquire new **distributors, retailers, and channel partners.**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly **sales targets.**:

- Conduct **market research, competitor analysis, and territory mapping.**:

- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, stock, and delivery management.
- Handle **negotiations, quotations, and deal closures** with clients.
- Prepare and submit regular **sales reports and forecasts** to management.
- Represent the company in **trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.**
- **Experience**: 4-5 years in **B2B Sales**, preferably in the **electronics/home appliances** sector.
- **Education**: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of **distribution channels** and market dynamics.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Willingness to **travel extensively** across Bihar.
- **Self-motivated, result-oriented,** and passionate about sales growth.
