**Job description**
- Greet and welcome guests, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, attend to complaints and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Responsible for attending the Patients coming to the Hospital and guiding and rendering necessary support.
- Responsible for maintaining patients' files and forwarding the Patient file to the concerned doctor when necessary.
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, services, orders, and processing
- Responsible for Preparing and maintaining all patient related documents as per NABH standered

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
