Evantro is looking for a **Google & Meta Ads Expert** to join our team. If you have a passion for creating high-performing ad campaigns and can design compelling ad creatives, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize **Google Ads** and **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads** campaigns.
- Conduct **keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing** for better performance.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using **Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager**.
- Optimize ad spend and improve **ROI** based on data insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in **paid advertising**.
- **Bonus**: Ability to design **high-converting ad creatives and posters**.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** in running Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance tracking tool**:

- Experience in **lead generation and e-commerce** ad strategies.
- Ability to manage ad budgets effectively.
- **Graphic design skills** (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a **plus**.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
