An Office Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining an organized work environment. This role is critical for maintaining efficiency and supporting the overall workflow of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee and maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Manage office utilities like electricity, internet, and water services.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Organize company events, workshops, or team-building activities.
- **Finance Assistance**:

- Track office expenses and manage petty cash.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing, and vendor payments.
- **HR-Related Tasks**:

- Assist in onboarding new employees and training sessions.
- **Vendor and Client Management**:

- Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Ensure client queries are directed to the appropriate teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with office management software is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically works in an office setting.
- May require occasional overtime to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,612.25 - ₹27,890.10 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
