Playschool Assistant

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Child Care and Supervision**:

- Assist with daily routines like diaper changing, toileting, and handwashing.
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and engagement in appropriate activities.
- Help manage conflicts and promote positive social interaction among children.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Assist the lead teacher in setting up and carrying out curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Prepare learning materials and resources for activities.
- Observe children's play and development, and document observations for progress reports.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Set up and prepare learning areas for various activities.
- Assist with preparing and serving snacks or meals (if applicable).
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with the lead teacher, parents, and other staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding children and their families.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,725.41 per month
