**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use play-based techniques to support early learning.
- Assess and document student progress regularly.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents.
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and learning showcases.
- Collaborate with other teachers and management in administrative duties.
- Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pre-primary, Montessori, or kindergarten setting.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong in storytelling, circle time, rhymes, and interactive learning.
- Ability to handle young children with patience and empathy.
- Basic administrative skills (record-keeping, attendance, etc.)
- Creativity in art & craft will be considered an added advantage.

**Salary**: Based on experience and skillset
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturdays occasionally for events/PTMs)
**Timing**: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (timings may vary slightly)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
