2 - Prepare regular reports on document control activities, including status updates, metrics, and compliance measures.

3 - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

4 - Respond to internal and external requests for documents promptly and accurately.

5 - Monitor document progress and update tracking systems accordingly.

6 - Maintain accurate records of all documents, including incoming and outgoing correspondence, specifications, and reports.

7 - Ensure proper version control and document naming conventions are followed.

8 - Organize, maintain, and manage all project documents in a systematic and accessible manner.

1- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
