**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in formulating and executing digital marketing strategies to promote Palinfocom's services and products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data and metrics from marketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities, events, and product launches.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Support in brand building and improving online visibility across various channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative, results-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
