Job Summary:
As an Admission Counselor / Sales Executive at Cyboard School, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our School. You will be responsible for attracting and enrolling new students, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions:

- Proactively reach out to prospective parents to provide information about our school's programs and offerings.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospective students and families.
- Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into Admissions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize enrollment and revenue generation.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towards sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and admissions teams to enhance the school's offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- May involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate prospective students and families.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
