Key responsibilities: Sales Management: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. 2. Product Listings: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accuracy, attractiveness, and SEO optimization. 3. Pricing and Promotions: Set competitive pricing strategies and execute promotions to maximize sales and profitability. 4. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience, focusing on usability, customer reviews, and customer service excellence. Operations Management: 1. Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics. 2. Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. 3. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability and maintain strong partnerships. 4. Technology Integration: Work with IT teams or Vendor to integrate and optimize ecommerce platforms and tools for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Analytics and Reporting: 1. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rates, traffic, sales, and customer feedback. 2. Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights to make data-driven decisions, implement improvements, and optimize operations. Customer Engagement: Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce strategies with digital marketing initiatives. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and operations management. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and relevant tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
**Salary**: ₹10,428.72 - ₹42,998.65 per month
