**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**:

- Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and digital content, that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop product packaging designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring they stand out in the competitive tiles market.
- Design and update company presentations, exhibition materials, and promotional displays.
- **CorelDRAW Expertise**:

- Utilize CorelDRAW to create detailed vector graphics, layouts, and technical illustrations specific to the tiles and building materials industry.
- Work on print-ready designs ensuring accuracy and precision for high-quality production.
- **Photoshop & Illustrator Skills**:

- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, retouching, and compositing.
- Use Adobe Illustrator for creating intricate logos, vector illustrations, and scalable designs.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure all designs are consistent with Varmora Granito’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message and meet the project objectives.
- **Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on trends in the tiles and building materials industry to ensure designs are contemporary and competitive.
- Research competitor designs and industry best practices to suggest innovative design approaches.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand and meet their design needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically within the tiles, ceramics, or building materials or Designing industry.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is a must.
- working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work in the tiles or building materials sector(preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in designing for the tiles or building materials or Designing industry.
- Familiarity with the printing process and production techniques related to packaging and marketing materials.
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling or rendering software is a plus.
