**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Identity**: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual communications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
- **Content Adaptation**: Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or Sketch).
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- **Design Expertise**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create polished, professional designs with a meticulous eye for detail.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Creativity**: Proven ability to think creatively and deliver innovative designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback.

**Educational Background and Experience**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).
- Experience designing for both digital and print media is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,635.87 - ₹32,347.02 per month
