**Job title: Tele Caller (Automobile Industry)**

**Position Overview**:
As a Tele Caller in the automobile industry, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales leads, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our automotive products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our automotive products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing techniques.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership or meet with our sales representatives.
- **Product Information**: Provide detailed information about our vehicles, features, specifications, pricing, and available promotions to potential customers.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with potential leads to maintain engagement, address inquiries, and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry terminology is advantageous.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automobile industry is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalina, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tele caller: 2 years (preferred)
