**Profile -Graphic Designer and Photographer**

**Salary - 5000 To 15000 Plus Incentives**

**Full Time**

**Experience - 6 Months Minimum Experience**

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Create visually appealing and innovative designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, website layouts, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop designs that align with the brand's identity and objectives.

Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.

Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure the brand's visuals are contemporary and competitive.

**Photography**:
Conduct photo shoots for various purposes, such as product photography, event coverage, lifestyle shots, and portraits.

Use creative angles, lighting, and composition techniques to capture high-quality images that resonate with the target audience.

Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their overall quality and adhere to the brand's style guidelines.

Manage and maintain the organization of the photography equipment and studio space.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their photography needs and deliver captivating visuals that meet their requirements.

**Cross-Disciplinary Responsibilities**:
Merge graphic design and photography skills to develop cohesive multimedia projects that incorporate images and graphics seamlessly.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to generate innovative visual concepts for campaigns and brand promotions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives for creative projects.

Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's visual identity and photography standards.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

Demonstrated proficiency in using graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Solid experience in photography, including proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and post-processing software.

Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing graphics.

Ability to understand brand guidelines and adhere to a consistent visual language.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics to deliver high-quality work consistently.

Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and meet project deadlines.

A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying updated with the latest design and photography trends.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
