**Job Summary**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs for various digital marketing channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual assets that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support marketing campaigns. Your expertise in graphic design, digital tools, and marketing trends will play a critical role in delivering impactful designs that resonate with the target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and design strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and digital tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to deliver innovative and engaging designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across various digital platforms.
- Optimize designs for different digital channels, considering responsive design principles and user experience.
- Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions based on stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and web developers to integrate visual content effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
