Position Overview: As a Copywriter, you will play a critical role in creating compelling and engaging content for a variety of projects, including training manuals, policy documentation, procedural instructions, and presentations. Collaborating closely with our instructional designer, graphic designer, and legal team, you will ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and high-quality content throughout all materials.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the instructional designer and graphic designer to develop and deliver engaging and informative content across various mediums.
1. Create and update training manuals for franchisees, incorporating industry best practices, company policies, and procedures.
2. Develop comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures across departments, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal requirements.
3. Write procedural instructions and conduct research to effectively communicate complex concepts and skills in a clear and concise manner.
4. Craft presentations for internal and external audiences, including franchisees, stakeholders, and potential investors, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all written materials, aligning with the organization's values and guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the legal team to review and refine content, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and stay up-to-date with best practices.
7. Review and edit content produced by team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to maintain consistency and quality.
8. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of content.

Requirements: Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the real estate, franchising industry, or learning and development industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with instructional designers, graphic designers, and legal professionals to create cohesive content.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for content creation and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
