**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,201.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
