Develop and conduct user-centered research using a variety of methodologies and appropriate qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Analyze UX problems and create on-brand design solutions
- Design the visual aesthetic through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes
- Present research, design vision, direction and solutions to other teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product team to ensure the UX/UI specifications are built correctly and optimized for the customer.
- Identify opportunities to think differently about the visual status quo on customer experiences, based on customer research, best practices and design thinking.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies.

## *Skills Required*
- Experience in UX design competencies including, but not limited to information architecture, interaction design, usability engineering, visual design, and/or UI prototyping.
- Experience working with designing tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch etc.
- Knowledge of user interface principles and best practices.

## *Preferred Skills*

- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

## *Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience or Accredited certification/diploma in UI/UX Designing.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
