**Job Summary**:
As a Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers visiting the café. You will greet guests, assist them with seating, take food and beverage orders, and handle transactions. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, restock supplies, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the café with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests in finding suitable seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the café, including wiping tables, sanitizing surfaces, and clearing dishes.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials or discounts to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required, including setup and cleanup

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
