Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retail stores and establish strong relationships with store managers and buyers.
- Present and promote our beauty products to secure product placements.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and promotional support.
- Track and achieve sales targets through effective B2B sales strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate store staff on product features and benefits.
- Monitor and report on the performance of our products in partner stores.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and market trends.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with store partners.
