Spare Parts Assistant-two Wheeler Industry

Job Description:
As a Two-Wheeler **Spare Parts Assistant,** you will play a vital role in supporting our customers' needs by ensuring the availability and efficient management of spare parts for motorcycles and scooters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts shipments.
Organize and maintain inventory shelves, ensuring proper labeling and categorization of parts.
Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with the records.
Customer Service:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate spare parts for their two-wheelers.
Provide accurate information about product availability, compatibility, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
Order Processing:
Process orders accurately, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, and pricing.
Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring items are securely packed to prevent damage.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of incoming and outgoing spare parts.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, sales, and trends for management review.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets related to spare parts.
Technical Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of various two-wheeler models, their parts, and compatibility.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
