Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
**Surface Preparation**:
Can and prepare the surfaces of two-wheeler vehicles to be painted, ensuring they are free from debris, rust, and contaminants.

**Paint Mixing and Matching**:
Prepare paint by mixing different colors and components to achieve the desired color and texture.

Match paint colors to the manufacturer's specifications or customer preferences.

**Paint Application**:
Achieve an even and smooth finish while avoiding drips, sags, or runs.

**Quality Control**:
Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections, such as uneven texture, color discrepancies, or visible defects.

Make necessary touch-ups or corrections to achieve the desired finish quality.

**Safety and Cleanliness**:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with painting materials and equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of paint-related waste.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Clean and maintain painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**Record Keeping**:
Keep accurate records of paint mixing formulas, color codes, and the number of coats applied to each vehicle.

**Communication**:
Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- **Qualifications**:_

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.

Strong understanding of paint types, colors, and mixing techniques.

Familiarity with different painting equipment and tools.

Attention to detail and a good eye for color and texture.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to painting.

Physical dexterity and stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
