Job Description : (3-4 Years)

**Roles and responsibilities**:
Design and implement visually appealing, engaging posts tailored to each client’s brand and audience.Manage and oversee social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality for each client.Monitor trends and plan posts based on the latest developments to enhance organic reach and engagement for clients.

Create and edit Reels using trending effects to boost visibility and engagement on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize success.

Engage with audiences actively, responding to queries and maintaining strong engagement levels.

Provide detailed monthly reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Basic Photoshop skills are essential, including working with layers and cropping.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a content creator, social media editor, or in a similar role.Experience with graphic design and image editing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent software.Familiarity with scheduling tools like Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and best practices for each.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Excellent multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple projects and social accounts simultaneously.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Canva and other online editing tools for creating visually compelling content.Knowledge of image and music copyrights and best practices for sourcing and using images legally.

Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring smooth execution of social media strategies. Exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills to craft high-quality content.

Deliver detailed monthly reports, analyzing social media performance and offering insights for improvement.
